WELCOME

Luminant Power Track is a career development program that provides an inside track to a career in the power industry for a select group of students. Those who are accepted into and successfully complete the program will receive:

• A two-year associate degree in power plant technology, electrical technology, mechanical technology or instrumentation and control.
• A paid internship at a Luminant power plant or mine in Texas.
• A career “test-drive” that could grow into a full-time position with Luminant upon graduation.
